ONE YEAR OLD

Today I am ONE YEAR OLD!

I go to the doctor next week to see how big I am. Just guessing.... I am about 19 lbs now. I had a really huge 12th month of life. You can see me walking to class in my birthday shirt above.

This month I did a few new things...

started walking

learned to walk in real shoes

got two more top teeth

started in my new 1's class at Keswick

I am pretty much just going to show you in pictures how my month went. It will be fun for you to look at and easier for me to remember. :) Just to summarize it up.... this month I got a special ice cream treat with my photo shoot, had my "Down on the farm" birthday party, got to visit with my family from Georgia (Grandmama, Aunt Emmie, Uncle Matt, and Luke), moved into a new house, and started my new 1's class at school. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

11 months old

I am still 18 lbs! I eat like crazy but I must burn it off quick!

Hello out there! I am 11 months old now and moving around everywhere. This month I really started eating more finger foods as you can see from my picture. Here I am eating my favorite BANANAS and waffles! Love, Love, Love, BANANAS. I can tell what it is from across the kitchen and I start smiling right away!

 

This month was several firsts!

I said "Ma-Ma"

I stood by myself

I got my top two teeth in

I was away from my parents for a week. I had fun though.

I waved bye and hi.

I say "hi" in my own way of groaning.

I started my 2nd year of school at KCS!

 

 

This is my cute crinkle face! Don't you just love it? It's so funny because when I do it....everyone else does it right back to me. They look silly!

10 months old

HELLO PEOPLE!!!!

 I am now about 18 lbs! I lost .2 lbs because I am on the go so much I think. This is my new trick for month 10 of life. I love to pop my head up to say "Good morning Mom and Dada". Actually, I really do say "Dada". That was my first word ever!!! He was so proud of me! I also got out "Mom" but only in my yelling voice. :)

Speaking of new tricks..... I am EVERYWHERE now! I crawl like a monster is coming after me and I walk around holding on to any and everything. I can also push my toy car that Grandmama got me. It's a long day of chasing Laila in the Marshall house. I climb on things, crawl under things, and even try to nose dive off the bed! Here is one picture of me diving into the bottom of my stroller.

 

This month was Dada's first Fathers Day! You can see how we matched for church. Then, he wanted to take our picture beside his other baby, "the boat". He got to choose what we did for his day. He decided to just hang out, order pizza, and watch movies. It was a fun day with my family!

 

This was my first 4th of July ever! I went with Mom and Dada to see the fireworks down below our house on the beach. It was fun, bright, and very loud. I liked it though. Dada held me tight and Mom held my ears.

9 months old

WOW!!! I am 9 months old now!

I am 28" long and 18.2 lbs!

 

I had a lot of "FIRST" stuff so make sure you see the end for that list...... So far my daily routine is about the same. I eat, on the dot, every 4 hours. I have a bottle and some sort of food. It may be stage 2 fruit, vegg, puffs, cereal, or even some BIG people solid food. YUMM-O! I normally take 2 naps in the day. They are both rather short but my teachers Mrs. Zima and Mrs. Coughlin kept me on track. I will miss them both this summer. I finished out my FIRST YEAR OF SCHOOL at Keswick Christian. I will miss all of my friends there... Riley, Matthew, Lium, Kegen. See you guys next year!

 

May was when we also celebrated Mommy's first Mother's Day. You can see a picture of me with both of my parents above. Mommy and I had matching dresses to wear to church. We were so cute!!!

My family likes to go boating a lot on the weekends. Here is a pic of my family. We didn't being "Brother" Bentley this trip but we usually do. We go somewhere that I can float around or play in the sand. I have a baby life jacket I wear on the boat too.

8 months old

 I am 8 months old now! You can tell by the pictures that I have grown a lot in the past month. I learned to sit up last month but boy am I really good at it now! This month I celebrated Daddy's birthday. Mommy made me a sign to hold up for him! I think he really liked it! My eyes are still blue as you can telland my hair.... well.... it's coming in slowly. I may be like Mommy was and just not have much until I'm 2! We'll see about that. As for now, it's blond and as cute as ever! I am LOVING my bath time! Sometimes I take a bath in my own tub and other times I use the big tub. As long as I have my rubber ducky, I'm good to go! I even got to take a shower already!!!

 I really enjoy my friend time. On the left you see me and Lilly out to lunch. This was also my first time sitting in a big high chair! On the right you see me and Lium at school. It was a tough day in the 1 year old class. We had to just skip the stroll and nap together.

This month:

- Pulling up to my knees and sometimes even to my feet.

-Holding my bottle on my own (this was a big one)

-I GOT 2 BOTTOM TEETH!!!!

7 months old

Me, Mommy, Daddy, and Brother Bentley on Easter morning. :)

I am 7 months old now. I'm not sure how much I weigh because I didn't go to the doctor this month. As you can see though, I am GROWING big and fast, too! Tons of cool things happened this month. I got to celebrate many holidays and see many different family members that I haven't seen in a while. Below are some pictures... I will let you guess the holiday. :)

YES!!!! St. Patty's Day(L) and Easter (R). This month I was also dedicated to JESUS at church(C). My family was there to see me. Grandmama, Uncle Matt, Aunt Emmie, Luke, G-Mom, No'-No', Aunt Mo, and Memaw. I am sooo loved!

My first this month:

• Was dedicated at church
• Rode on our boat with a little baby life jacket
• Sat up.... I CAN DO IT!!!
